eligible for freehold conversion<strong><u>,<\/u><\/strong> including 128 on Sheikh Zayed Road beginning at the World Trade Centre roundabout to the Dubai Canal and 329 in Al Jaddaf. After this, a cost for conversion of 30% of the property&#8217;s valuation (based on Gross Floor Area) will apply.
